Option to Populate and Display Match Type for Reconciliation Items
This feature allows users to filter and display Reconciliation Items by match type on Item Search screens. This will provide additional details on the type of match to better search for specific matches and conduct additional reporting.
Follow steps below to configure this feature
- The Infogix ER Recon Administrator adds a Numeric Code Set typed field to the Data Model of Reconciliation Definitions.
The Numeric Code Set should have the following values:
- 2 - Manual
- 0 - Strong
- 1 – Suspect
- The Infogix ER Recon Administrator adds the field above to the Filter and Result Fields sections of the Item Search screen definition.
- The Infogix ER Administrator sets the RECON_ITEM_MATCHSET_TYPE_FIELD property in ER.properties file to the name of the field added above and redeploy the application.
The system will populate the RECON_ITEM_MATCHSET_TYPE_FIELD with match set type value when new manual or auto match sets are created.
Note that this feature is not applicable to Items matched prior to this feature being enabled, and if the RECON_ITEM_MATCHSET_TYPE_FIELD configured is not actually defined for a Reconciliation, then this feature will also not be applied to it.
