As part of our switch to Zendesk, we have updated our Support Website! The current phase enables ticket submission and real-time access to view ticket statuses.
To submit a ticket to Infogix Support, please use the Submit a request link located at the top-right of each page.
To view ticket statuses, use the drop-down next to your name in the top-right and click My activities.
We are working on migrating the remaining content from our former website, such as product patches, documentation and various tools. In the meantime, if you require a product document or patch, you can Submit a request to Support.
