The purpose of the Diagnostic package is to provide Infogix logs and high-level system information to Infogix to better troubleshoot issues. This feature is available in version 8.0 and newer of the following products: Infogix Assure, Infogix Insight, Infogix Perceive and Infogix ER.
Please note that to complete these steps, it is required to be a member of “Admin” or “Superuser” groups.
1) Access the “Infogix Administrative Console”
This can be accomplished by appending “adminconsole” after the Infogix context root in the URL. For example:
2) Click on the “Package” link on the left hand side, located within the “Diagnostics” option(s)
3) Define the “days” and “case number” field(s)
4) Generate the “Diagnostic Package”
This *.zip contains product logs, property files and runtime configurations (including an env.txt). This information is helpful in the majority of support cases to thoroughly troubleshoot each issue in an effective manner.
