When applying a Data360 Analyze license, this message may appear in a pop up window:
Sorry, the chosen license file is not valid. Please check that you are importing the correct license file and try again.
This message most commonly occurs if the hostname the license was activated with does not match the hostname of the machine the license is being applied to.
To check what hostname is for a machine, simply type 'hostname' at the command line. Compare the hostname displayed with what was entered when the license was activated. If the license was activated with the wrong host, please contact Support via the same ticket you received your license, and ask for the license to be reset. Once the license is reset, activate the license with the correct host name, download the license file and apply it to Data360 Analyze.
