This article is a supplement to other articles and will cover solely exporting SSL certificates via your browser.
Some Infogix products can interface with other Infogix products or have the ability for external clients to interface with the Infogix products. Depending on your environmental setup, you may need to import a copy of one of your Infogix product server's SSL certificate within another Infogix product's truststore or external client's truststore. The instructions below review the steps required to export the SSL certificate from your product's server.
Exporting an SSL Certificate via EDGE
- Access any web page via HTTPS within the desired Infogix product. Infogix Assure will be used in this example, but the instructions are the same for any product with HTTPS enabled.
- Click on the lock icon next to the URL and select View certificate:
- On the right-hand pane that opens, click Export to file at the bottom:
- Save the exported file - this file a copy of the public SSL certificate.
