In this article, you will be able to clear your JMS Store within the Assure, Insight, Perceive, or ER applications. It is advisable to only perform these steps by recommendation from Infogix. In this example, we'll be clearing them from Assure.
Initially, you would want to safely bring down the WAS application. Navigate to your log file location and enter this directory:
Once you have found the directory listed, you would then need to 'DELETE' that same directory. Please ensure if you are doing this in any environment, be certain the directory deletion has concluded before starting the WAS application.
Once you have deleted the directory, and you would then want to restart the WAS application. Some customers reboot the actual server in the process, or run a Clean, Validate, and Redeploy of the application. While the reboot is optional, it could potentially clear any additional errors.
