Effective: August 8, 2019
To demonstrate Infogix’s commitment to customers who have made a significant investment in the former Lavastorm products, we are pleased to extend the support of the generally available Lavastorm Analytics Engine (LAE) version 6.1.x to June 30, 2020. This will give our existing customers additional time to migrate to Infogix Data3Sixty® Analyze. Upgrading to Data3Sixty Analyze is free up to the end of LAE support, after which a one-time fee will be charged (see Note 1).
When a customer renews their LAE 6.1.x maintenance and support agreement before June 30, 2020, the agreement will be honored for the remainder of its term. Standard support and maintenance will not be available for renewal after June 30, 2020.
From July 1, 2020, and onward, premium support will be available to customers who want to renew their maintenance and support agreement for LAE 6.1.x. An additional fee will be charged for premium support (see Note 2).
What is Data3Sixty Analyze?
Data3Sixty Analyze is the updated version of LAE. It’s still the product you know and love, with its intuitive drag-and-drop interface enabling you to easily acquire, profile, transform and analyze data in a governed, collaborative environment, but with more features and enhancements. New capabilities include, but are not limited to, new nodes for speed and ease-of-use, script-free node configuration and a rebuilt data viewer with data quality indicators, all in a modern browser client.
How do I migrate?
Migrating to Data3Sixty Analyze is no different than upgrading LAE. Our goal is to make this migration easier than previous upgrades of LAE. The process can be as simple as collating your existing LAE graphs, importing into Data3Sixty Analyze as data flows and performing testing. Several customers have already made the transition with great success.
