In Data360 Analyze, you may see the following error occur:
This error indicates that there is a problem with the indexes. To resolve this, you'll need to:
- shut down Data360 Analyze
- take a backup copy of the data folder, which is under %LocalAppData%\Data3SixtyAnalyze\site\data\
- then go into %LocalAppData%\Data3SixtyAnalyze\site\data\webapp\repository\infinispan\indexes and delete everything under there
- restart Data360 Analyze
This will allow the indexes to rebuild.
If the error still persists, then you should follow these steps:
- shut down Data360 Analyze
- remove anything in this directory:
%LocalAppData%\Data3SixtyAnalyze\site\data\webapp\cache\infinispan\
- start up Data360 Analyze
