Infogix Product Enhancement

Enhancement requests are hosted within the Infogix Community, which allows other end-users to vote and comment on the request. Infogix Community
The Infogix Community consists of Infogix product discussion forums and is best suited for questions related to Infogix product functionality, ranging from asking about how to use a product feature to recommendations on implementing an Infogix solution. Product enhancement requests are also best suited for the Infogix Community. While primarily designed for end-user discussions, the Infogix Community is also reviewed by the Infogix Product Management and Infogix Product Support teams.

The Infogix Knowledge Base contains articles containing Infogix product installation files, patches, documentation, tips & tricks and training videos. Knowledge Base articles are curated by various Infogix technical teams.
Infogix Product Support Tickets
Product Support Tickets are for reporting product issues, request a product license, or any request related to Infogix-hosted cloud environments.
Tickets are categorized by organization. Access to an organization's tickets is restricted to its own users.
Tickets route to Infogix Product Support, Product Infrastructure and Cloud teams.
