Infogix Community

The Infogix Community consists of Infogix product discussion forums and is best suited for questions related to Infogix product functionality, ranging from asking about a product feature to recommendations on implementing an Infogix solution. While primarily led by Infogix users, the Infogix Community is also reviewed by the Infogix Product Management and Infogix Product Support teams.


Infogix Knowledge Base

The Infogix Knowledge Base contains articles containing Infogix product installation files, patches, documentation, tips & tricks and training videos. Knowledge Base articles are curated by various Infogix technical teams.


Infogix Product Support Tickets

Tickets are to report product issues, request a product license, suggest a new product enhancement, or any request related to Infogix-hosted cloud environments. Tickets are categorized by organization. Access to an organization's tickets is restricted to its own users. Tickets route to Infogix Product Support, Product Infrastructure, Product Management and Cloud teams.
