The Infogix Community consists of Infogix product discussion forums and is best suited for questions related to Infogix product functionality, ranging from asking about a product feature to recommendations on implementing an Infogix solution. While primarily led by Infogix users, the Infogix Community is also reviewed by the Infogix Product Management and Infogix Customer Support teams. For submitting other kinds of requests, please review our Ask a Question page.
The guidelines below outline the expected usage of the Infogix Community, and may evolve over time.
Content
The goal of the Community is to provide a place for end-users to discuss Infogix products, solutions and usage. To keep the Community easy to read and search, please keep each thread to a single discussion topic. If you have multiple questions, or have a question indirectly related to another thread, feel free to make a new thread for each new question. It is easier for users to find individual questions as separate threads than a single thread with several comments.
Information provided within the Community, whether posted by Infogix resources or not, may not be Infogix-certified. Please be aware of what you are implementing and test it in a lower environment.
Privacy
All threads, posts and attachments within the Infogix Community are public-facing. Do not include sensitive information in your post, whether personal information or information about your organization. If sensitive information is mistakenly shared, you do have the ability to edit or delete your post or comment.
You are welcome to share your own contact information with other end-users, but keep in mind anyone will be able to access it. It isn't possible to directly message another user.

Discussions around third-party products are allowed; however, soliciting is not allowed.
Administration
At the discretion of the Infogix, Community Administrators may edit or delete posts, comments or attachments if they are not in-line with our Community guidelines or cause any other harm.
