In addition to the recent update that includes Data360 documentation in support website search results, our support website's search results page has been updated with several new features:
- Ability to filter results from specific Knowledge Base sections, Community topics or Data360 product documentation.
- Searching for ticket numbers now provides the link to the specific ticket searched. Tickets remain directly accessible via your profile's My Activities page.
- If no search results are found, a recommendation to post in the Community is provided. Your feedback shapes the type of content we provide on the website.
- The Search Results page layout and design has been enhanced to provide a cleaner user interface.
