If you are trying to Uninstall the older version's of analyze please click on this uninstall 3.4.x and below
The newer version of Analyze provides a GUI .
There are two ways to uninstall Data360 Analyze from the Linux machine.
- Stop the Analyze server and then execute the uninstall script
- Execute the uninstall script from the installed directory
Please navigate to the Directory where the current analyze instance is installed .
for e.g - /home/prdc/Data3SixtyAnalyze (This is the path where my current instance is available
- You can see (uninstall) file {a script to uninstall the product) ,You can execute the same with (./)
- The script will prompt a popup with GUI.
- Select the language in which you want to have the instruction ( we have selected English which comes as default for selection)
- The UI will prompt for an alert to make sure if you really require to proceed with uninstalling the product .
- If you haven't stopped the current instance of the Analyze the below information would be prompted . Please provide the below information (UserName and Password) and click on Next if you have missed stopping the Analyze Instance earlier.
- Please select both the checkbox if you want to remove (data directory and all the backups for deletion)We have selected both in the current scenario , however, you can uncheck either of the two option based on your current requirement
- Once the process is completed you will get the below message in the UI . Please wait till the below message pop's out . We recommend you to raise a Support ticket if its taking too much time
