Depending on your heap and memory error message, it could stem from one of these there levels:
- The node itself
- The Analyze JVM as a whole
- The actual server that Analyze is hosted on
#3 can be ruled out by checking server utilization at the time of the issue to confirm if the server has available memory. If you aren't sure how to check this, we have an article on How to check your CPU/Server Utilization.
If the server memory is fine, then the Analyze JVM or node memory will need to be adjusted, both of which are outlined here:
