First, you need to login to Support Website with your credentials. If you are a new user, then you need to register yourself to the Infogix support website.
Ticket status can be viewed under your account’s “My Activities” link. The name “activities” is generalized since users can submit tickets, user forum posts, comments on knowledge base articles, all of which (and more) are displayed under the My Activities section.
An example is shown below:
And then since the ticket is flagged under someone else, it will show under the “Requests > Organization requests” section:
