This article details how to access the Global Help from within Infogix Assure, Insight, Perceive and ER.
Please note, this differs from the documentation supplied with the software ( and found within the "browse documentation link" ). Though both are solid references, information found within will differ and is best utilized together for reference on specific application functionality and strategies on overcoming issues.
The "Global Help" screen may be accessed once logged into Infogix Assure, Insight, Perceive and ER. Please navigate to the "Help" and the option will be displayed ( notice screenshot, upper right corner ).
- Click on the Help menu in the top-right
- Click Launch Full Help (this link's name will vary by product and version)
Within the "Launch Full Help" link, you will be able to navigate through various articles, and search for specific topics.
