The instructions below will display the definitions of a Report Event, which contain the following information:
- Report Event name
- Event status (Enabled / Disabled)
- Trigger method (Scheduler / Load Finish Event)
- Last update date
- Last update user
- Report output location
- Report recipients
- Report status notifications
Reviewing Report Events
- Within Perceive's web user interface, go to Manage > Events > Report Events:
- On the Report Event screen, some of the Report Event information is available. Open any Report Event to view additional information.
- Once within a Report Event, the first screen (the Details tab) will display the following information: Trigger type, item performing the trigger and Status.
- The Default Specification tab displays the type of report output and the report output location(s):
- Within the Default Specification tab is the Report Notification tab. Note that this is only active if the Notify Report option is enabled within your Default Specification. The Report Notification tab contains the recipients of the report:
- The Reports tab contains the report definitions that will be used within this Report Event:
- Lastly, the Status Notification tab contains the email template and recipients of success and failure notifications:
