In Infogix Assure, you can retrieve History Data such as Control Data through a Scan Control Point or Multi-Capture Control Point. In the Scan Control Point, you can specify what cycle(s) you want to grab and what fields to grab from that Control Entity's data.
Relative Cycle: Grabs the single history data based on the given cycle (0 = current cycle, -1 = the previous cycle, and so on).
Relative Cycle Range: Grabs the range of history data based on the given cycle range. Enter the oldest cycle to retrieve in the From field.
Variable Cycle Range: References a second control entity and grabs history data for cycles matching those available for the second entity. Only history for cycles matching those cycles available for the Variable Control Entity will be retrieved.
If you so choose, you can also specify a When condition for when to grab history. For example, if the current ID field is equal or not equal to the one in history.
These steps are basically the same for a Multi-Capture Control Point, but you have the option to extract the fields into a control field.
