If your organization is using embedded security, you need to authorize users and assign them to user groups.
If your organization is using an LDAP directory, your users are already authorized, and you do not need to authorize users or groups.
Newly created users will not be automatically assigned to any groups. When you are creating user groups and users for a newly installed version of Infogix Insight, create the user groups first so you can assign users to them later.
