To troubleshoot slowness viewing reports in Assure increasing logging for report category to DEBUG, these categories could give more visibility of the issue.
Follow instructions for enabling debug logging outlined in article: Enabling Debug Logging
1. After clicking New category outlined on step 3 of enabling debug logging
2. Add 3 report category as follows:
3. Click Save
4. Perform the necessary testing with the increased report logging & debug setting enabled.
5. Once testing is completed and Infogix Support has the new log files, it is recommended to click the "Restore Default Configuration" button to revert the changes. This will prevent the logs from having excess details after testing has completed.
