Product enhancement requests now route through our Community forums in place of Support tickets. The Ask a question page has been updated with this new workflow, so the process of submitting an enhancement remains the same for users. This provides the following benefits:
- Visibility into enhancements requested by other users
- Ability for users to vote, comment and discuss on enhancement request posts to influence roadmap
New product enhancement request process
- Submit product enhancement request to Community forums
- If similar functionality is available, alternatives are provided by Infogix Product Support, Infogix Product Management and/or other product users
- If alternatives do not exist or do not meet requirements, the enhancement request is considered for the product roadmap
- Enhancement request remains visible to all product users
- Product users can vote and comment on enhancement requests to influence product roadmap
- If further clarification on use cases are needed, Infogix teams can discuss use cases directly with product users
Previous product enhancement request process
- Submit product enhancement request to Product Support via a ticket
- If similar functionality is available, alternatives are provided by Infogix Product Support
- If alternatives do not exist or do not meet requirements, the enhancement request is considered for the product roadmap
- Enhancement request is visible to solely the submitting user and/or organization
