This below error generally occurs to the users who doesn't have access to the shared path.
If a user is getting the error message we should ensure that the BRE temp folder is writable for the user who is getting this .This can be checked at below location.
Please look in Tools > Preferences > General > BRS Directory and ensure that the BRE temp folder is writable.
if it's not, You should change that value to point to a folder that is writable.
