For clients who are running product versions no longer within the Standard Support window, they may purchase Extended Support. Extended Support provides the full benefits of Standard Support terms, such as creation of new product patches, for a period of time after Standard Support ends.
Extended Product Support is available for the following products:
- Data360 Analyze
- Data360 DQ+
- Infogix ACR
- Infogix Assure, Insight, Perceive and ER
Extended support carries a 25% premium over your Standard Support maintenance costs for the first year after Standard Support ends, and a 50% premium for the second year after Standard Support ends. There is no standard facility for extending support beyond two years after the Standard Support window.
