It is recommended to gather logs automatically via Creating a diagnostic package. However, if needed, logs can be gathered manually via the locations below.
Assure, Insight, Perceive and ER logs
Product logs are stored within the following location:
<Infogix install directory>/logs/<jvm name>/<product_id>/
Where <product_id>
is IA
, II
, IV
or ER
for Assure, Insight, Perceive and ER, respectively, and where <jvm_name>

Application server logs
Wildfly
Wildfly logs are stored within the following location:
<Infogix install directory>/wildfly/<jvm name>/log/
Where <jvm_name>

WebSphere
WebSphere application logs are external to the Infogix product install directory and will vary by installation and configuration.
