We have identified an issue in a third-party component used by Data360 Analyze that can negatively affect the upgrade from older releases to v.3.8.0.
If you have already upgraded successfully using Data360 Analyze v.3.8.0 build 2489, this will not affect you.
If you are upgrading via the LXP restore path, this will also not affect you.
However, for a standard upgrade, it may affect you.
Prior to a non-LXP upgrade, you should:
- Stop the application
- Navigate to <dataDirectory>/webapp/cache
- Delete the contents of this folder (but not the folder itself).
Then continue with your upgrade as per the installation guide.
Upgrade from v.3.6.7: If you are currently running v.3.6.7 please contact Support before attempting the upgrade.
