In certain circumstances the following error may be generated when attempting to upgrade a Data360 Analyze Windows Server system:
The error will be generated if the nssm.exe process is still running on the server or if the nssm.exe process has not shut down properly (and is hung).
If you encounter this issue, a work around is to open TaskManager, select the nssm.exe process in the Details tab and click the 'End Task' button.
Then click the 'Yes' button in the installer error dialog. The software installation process will then continue.
