    Can you try doing a hard refresh to clear you browser cache?

    From the screenshot its not clear which browser you are using.

    If you are using Chrome then you need to use the 'Customise and Control Google Chrome' menu button (top right-hand corner) then click 'Settings', scroll down and click 'Advanced' In the 'Privacy and Security' section click 'Clear browsing data'. Select the period of time to clear and then ensure the 'cached images and files' item is ticked as a minimum. Then click 'Clear Browsing Data'.

    If you are using IE11 use <ctrl> <F5> to refresh the page.

    Hi,

    I've already tried that. It works for a couple of minutes and the problem repeats.
