We recommend switching to the latest versions of Edge, Firefox, Chrome or Safari. Using Internet Explorer will result in a loss of website functionality.

Error on Install/Uninstall/Run

    This issue was addressed in a Support ticket.  We believe that the root cause was a system environment problem which caused errors to occur during the installation.  We were able to un-install the product and install again without error, this time using 3.1.5 since that was the latest release.  This second installation worked without issue.
