    Actually the problem got already solved by restarting the system.

    I'm having the same problem and it's not resolved after restarting the system.  Thought I could continue on this thread, or should I create a new one?  Please help.

    Akihiko:

    We did have some issues with license files not being named appropriately, and thus, the system not recognizing them.  Could you try and download the license file from the original email sent to you once more?  The file will need to go into the <Dataverse installation directory>\docs\license directory and be named Lae_3.0_License.lic.  A restart of the Dataverse services may also be required.
