We require some more information on the following:
- the error message being displayed,
- the configuration of the node
- the version of Analyze being used (see the 'i' -> About Data2sixty Analyze panel)
- whether this is a Desktop instance or a Server instance (and for the latter, the OS: Linux or Windows)
If possible some detail on the data line being reported (if there is one).
If you can open the file in Notepad++ you can also confirm the encoding and line termination characters being reported by that application, e.g. :
Just in case you have had issues posting to the forum - are you using Internet Explorer 11?
In common with many applications provided by third-party vendors, Zendesk announced earlier this year that they would cease support for IE11 at the end of this year and that new functionality may not work in IE11. Infogix recommend the use of Chrome with Analyze.
There is an extra row above the header in the input text file. That needs to be removed. I have set SkipHeaderRows to 1
but still getting the above error.
