Microsoft provides Windows 10 to customers 'as a service' where typically the software automatically updates when a periodic software update is available. However, we recognize that some enterprises deploy specific versions with long term support updates across their estate.
Infogix offers support for Data3Sixty Analyze on any current version of Windows 10, however, our testing would typically only be performed against the latest generally available version.

The base policy is that Infogix supports Data360 Analyze on Windows 10, regardless of the version number. However, we do not perform testing on specific versions of Windows 10 other than the current GA release.
If you have a specific issue with using the product on your particular machine you can reach out to our Support team who may be able to resolve the issue.

Infogix provides support for versions of Windows 10 regardless of the version number provided the version is still serviced by Microsoft.
Windows 10 version 1809 is currently in service by Microsoft and will remain in service until May '21 for Enterprise versions or Jan '24 for the LTSC version (and May '20 for Pro, Home versions).
As previously stated, if you have a specific functional issue using the Data360 Analyze software with this version please provide the details on the ticket you also raised relating to this question.
The support lifecycle for Data360 Analyze software is in accordance with the Infogix support policy.
