    Yes, we support HTTPS and SFTP.

    Attachments of 20MB or less can be uploaded via HTTPS to a ticket within the ticket view.

    For attachments larger than 20MB, we have an SFTP site. We don't support anonymous connections to the SFTP site. The connection information and credentials can be requested within the relative ticket and will be shared by the Support team.
