    Hi John, could you follow these steps to clear the indexes:

    - shut down the app
    - go to the app data directory, then delete everything under C:\ProgramData\Data3SixtyAnalyze\site\data\webapp\repository\infinispan\indexes and
    C:\ProgramData\Data3SixtyAnalyze\site\data\webapp\cache\infinispan\
    - restart Analzye

    Then the application should launch for you. After that it's probably a good idea to switch off the log cleanup. You can do that by going into <installDirectory>web-conf/site.prop and setting ls.lae.system.boot.logging.cleanLogsOnBoot=false
