Lavastorm - Use code to switch a graph from Desktop to Server

Our situation involves IT firewalls that can't be bi-passed, which means that if an ETL starts by extracting from a data warehouse via Server but ultimately must end as local flat files, we have to create 2 graphs -
One for Server that extracts from the warehouse and writes the data to a special firewall burned datalab
Second for Desktop to move that data from the special datalab to the flat files.

The ability to be able to switch from Server to Desktop mid graph would mean we could streamline the whole process into a single graph.
