    Hi Diogo,

    The return you are receiving indicates that the record that you specified was not found in the input file. As a result, the system did not process the fields within the record. Please verify the position, length, and spelling of the key value for that record.

    If the issue persists after verifying the integrity of the above values, I recommend opening a support ticket for further assistance. When opening the ticket please provide both batch cards and a sample input source for testing / review.
