Add PowerShell script to analyzeCLI

I would like a PowerShell (.ps1) script as an alternative to analyzeCli.bat shell script.

Our automated deployment system utilizes PowerShell scripts and passing the varied parameters to analyzeCli.bat is painful because of all the formatting required for quoted and escaped strings.

    I have the same issue but in Linux. we have been running lavastorm graphs using cron scripts, and am trying to find a way to keep the same setup because we have created a tableau dashboard that picks up all the failures and stats.

    No answer from the support team yet. Not even sure if anybody is monitoring this
